It's been a long time since we last wrote about our little trooper. Brett is just 7 weeks away from September 8th (when his helmet can come off for good) and we couldn't be more thrilled with everything. The Dr.'s last check up said his head width to length ration was at 89%. Not only is his head growing at a ridiculous rate, but so his is body . The last pediatrician visit had him in the 95th percentile for his length. Wonder where he gets it?
But we had to brag on him even more with the wonderful gift we received in the mail Monday night. Monday, July 13th) Jeff wrote the attached letter to the KC Royals (Letter2Royals). Long story short, we had to write into the Royals PR and tell them about Brett. We knew we'd never get George Brett to sign a helmet if we didn't ask. And here we are, opening our mail, with the attached picture - a George Brett picture and autographed baseball.
How cool is that? This is a wonderful memory our family will always remember and Brett can pass down to his kids.
