Bam! The news we wanted to hear

Everything is perfect - all the equipment is still in (10 screws and a tether). Curve is just the same as when he left surgery, Saunders scale still at a 3A. I was a bit panicked about that but the doctors said "no that's good, it just means we're staying the same and no additional growth yet, but he still has a lot more to go".


He has been released to go back to school starting Monday, 11/14. They said "be warned, he'll be exhausted when he comes home from school"


I felt like this image was appropriate because on the inside, this is how we felt! :) CELEBRATE.


6 more weeks to go of no bending, lifting, twisting (BLT) and we should be good to be a kid again.
